Blanca Cook was born in Northwest Indiana and was raised in a Spanish Christian home. She was saved at an early age and has been serving Christ faithfully since. Blanca, Jim and 18 mo. old Jennifer visited Central in 1983. They joined the church in March of 1984 and have been involved in several ministries throughout the years. Blanca worked for the local utility company since 1977 where she met her husband. After twenty years, she lost her job due to downsizing. The current secretary at Central had just retired and Blanca temporarily came in to help and has been doing the job ever since. Blanca and Jim have three children, Jennifer, Jonathan and Julianne. She loves being involved in her children’s lives and enjoys serving in the local church wherever possible.
